The body is combined by the chairs of the affiliated trade unions to BSRB. The body forms the main policies and important issues that needs to be dealt with between congresses. It pursues the agreements made at the congress along with other outstanding matters. The body meets at least three times a year and is also the platform for the affiliated unions of the federation. The president of BSRB is the Chair of the body.
