Ending the employment

The rights and obligations of employees are different and depend on where the person in question works. The same rules do not apply to employees in the public sector and the private sector. But there are some laws that apply to the whole labour market. Therefore, this chapter on ending the employment is divided into the rights of employees of the public sector and then rights of employees of the private sector.
