The Annual General Meeting is held no later than June 1st. If necessary, there is permission to call for an extra meeting. The delegates are the chairs of all affiliated unions. They represent the first 400 members of their union; extra number of delegates exceeds by one with every 400rd member.
At the meeting the annual report and accounts are revised, and the assembly approves next year’s strategy, to name some actions.
According to BSRB’s statute the following items shall be on the AMG’s agenda:
- Election of chair and secretary
- Executive report and annual accounts
- Strategy for the year
- Membership applications
- Membership fees
- Budget attested
- Regulation on quality standard
- Election of inspection staff
- Other matters
