The executive board has the greatest authority of the federation between congresses and annual meetings. It steers in accordance with agreements and policy made by delegates of the congress, the general council and the annual meeting. The executive board includes nine members, the president of BSRB, who is the chair, the deputy president, the second deputy president and six members elected at the federations congress. Seven alternate members are also elected at the congress.
At the 46th Congress held in Reykjavik September 2021 the following people were elected for next three years.
